All production is done in their Bakehouse in Caboolture by their trade team. Brought here fresh daily. CJ s Pastries is a Family-owned business starting with their first bakery in 1993. And they now have more than 10 stores throughout south-east Queensland. With a focus on a family named after Clifford John their family s beloved father. Three generations of family work in the business.
