Theyre back for more Shred & Flow action at Sugarbag MTB Park on the Sunshine Coast. Amazingly fun flowy trails that will give you a good taste of some gravity action! Bite-sized! Theyve packed the exhilarating experience of our famous Superflow events into 3 short, action-packed stages. Each run is a 1-3 minute adrenaline blast, and you can hit the course up to 5 times per stage, with your fastest run on each stage combined for your final result. New rider or seasoned racer, everyones welcome. Hone your skills, explore new trails, and shred alongside fellow racers. Whether youre chasing podiums or are just out for a fun day of riding, this event is all about enjoying the ride with friends. With no set track order and untimed liaisons, youre free to enjoy the day at your own pace. The event is open to all ages, with categories based on age groups, so you can race against your peers. Whether you're a young rider or a seasoned veteran race the way you ride and make new friends along the way! The race village will be buzzing with activity, featuring live timing, mountain bike equipment exhibits, music, and plenty of food and drink options to keep you fuelled for the day.
